Oregon Appeals

At Giers Olsson PC, we do the work we know and love—we do appeals and only appeals. Civil, criminal and administrative appeals.

We have over 30 years of experience in appellate law and practice. We use that experience to present your appeal to Oregon appellate court judges in a clear and concise way—allowing them to focus on the merits of your case.

We represent appellate clients before the Oregon Supreme Court, the Oregon Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. We also handle appeals from and to administrative agencies, both Oregon and federal. We would be happy to discuss representing you or your clients in an Oregon appeal.

Why an Appellate Specialist: Giers Olsson PC

Appellate work requires large blocks of uninterrupted time that allow your lawyer to concentrate on and effectively analyze the important legal issues in your appeal. By limiting our practice to appeals, we avoid the constant distractions that arise in a trial practice or a general advice practice and ensure that we will have the large blocks of uninterrupted time and attention required to produce the best possible appellate briefing and argument.

Our work is appealing—to us, and to the courts before which we appear.
